With nearly 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I specialize in coaching women who are juggling it all—work, kids, and life—but feel like their own health has taken a back seat. My passion is helping busy women simplify their wellness with convenient workouts, simple nutrition, and sustainable routines so they can lose fat, build strength, boost energy, and finally feel like themselves again. This isn’t a side hustle—it’s my life’s work, and I’m honored to walk alongside women ready to prioritize themselves again.

Hi, I’m Ally, and I’m a registered 200-hour yoga teacher. I am here to hold space for real people seeking real connection - through movement, stillness, breath, and community.
My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a lifelong practice, my goal is to offer an inclusive, welcoming environment where you can explore yoga in a way that feels true to you. I strive to strip away the pressure and performance sometimes associated with modern yoga and instead focus on honoring the roots of the practice while adapting it to meet your unique needs - on and off the mat.
Yoga, to me, is less about mastering a pose and more about returning to our authentic selves. My classes blend mindful movement, self-inquiry, and a spirit of curiosity, creating space for healing, connection, and transformation.
Come as you are. You belong here.

I’m Alexandra (nickname Zella) and I’m thrilled to be teaching at The Loft Wellness Studio! It is my joy and purpose to share the many ways yoga can be a used as a tool for improving health & wellness. I became a yoga teacher 20 years ago no after personally experiencing the benefits of yoga*. It has enabled me to build functional strength & flexibility, prevent degeneration & disease, as well as find lasting relief from chronic back pain, stress, post-partum depression & anxiety. I love to foster community and am an avid researcher, dancer, music lover, nature-enthusiast & lifelong learner.
As a Recreational Therapist, I have used yoga as an effective, therapeutic intervention with individuals at every stage of disease and/or disability. I am trained as an Integrative Yoga Therapist**, Therapeutic Yoga therapist, and have been a certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist since 2007. I was the director of Recreational & Complementary Therapy and Adaptive Sports & Recreation at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, a physical rehabilitation facility offering inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care in White Plains, NY. In 2019, my passion for clinical applications of yoga led me to SC to become a Gradate Research Assistant/Teacher while I pursued a PhD in Recreational Therapy at Clemson University.
You will find me teaching classes like Relax & Restore or Gentle/Slow-flow Yoga, Accessible/Chair Yoga, Pain Management/Self-care Practices, Meditation & Mindfulness, Fusion Dance, and traditional MENAT (Middle-East, North African & Turkish) folkloric dances, which I have studied and performed for 15+ years.
I teach to “the-center-of-the-room” with the intent that participants feel safe & welcomed. My teaching style is joyful, mindful, curious, educational & a bit playful ;) I can’t wait to meet you!

I am somewhat new to the fitness world as an instructor; however I’ve been active most of my life. I grew up a dancer enjoying over 10 years of dance at my hometown studio. Over the years I have tried many different fitness options, but it wasn’t until I attended
my first Barre class in 2018 that I found a workout I loved. With encouragement from my Instructor I became Barre Above certified in 2019 later adding certifications in Balletone and Pumped up strength. I love that Barre blends movements that promote flexibility and strength with a nod to ballet and yoga.
My husband and I live in Clemson and have two children, Lance and Lillian, and a dog named Goose. During the school year you will find me teaching Preschool at a local church. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, cheering on the Clemson Tigers and
developing my Mahjong skills!
